A community conversation about Utah’s rapid growth, land use issues, and the environment.
As the fastest growing state in the nation, it’s natural to experience some growing pains. How do we care for our public lands and environment, foster economic growth, and respond to increased demands for housing? Join us for a film screening, panel, and community conversation event where you can add your own story to the narrative of a growing Utah.
Special guests include filmmaker Ben Stillerman, local elected officials, developers, environmentalists, and farmers. We’ll watch episodes from the not-yet-released docuseries True False Hot Cold filmed here in Utah, hear how our panelists approach our land, and have the chance to talk to fellow community members about the changes you’ve seen and your hopes for the future. It’s a great opportunity for civic engagement and building connections.
